She loves pandas so we snuck one in there!

The barn is covered in modeling chocolate while the animals were made with model magic so the birthday girl could keep them.

These cakes were holiday gifts for some lucky teachers. They were dark brown sugar spice cakes with cinnamon orange cream cheese buttercream, coated with white chocolate. The star bows were made with red modeling chocolate.

Eloy's ark

This cake was for Eloy's baptism. A 10" three layer yellow cake with cannoli filling, mini chocolate chips and a vanilla buttercream. It was coated with a white chocolate ganache and decorated with white chocolate trees. The animals and ark were made with "model magic" so they could be kept as a memento.

I was hired to create a Pyramid Dummy Cake for a sweet sixteen party. The base of this "cake" was 32" x 32" and was about 2 feet high. Painted with gold and bronze luster-dust.

Each side had hieroglyphs which translates to, "beloved daughter", "happy day", "healthy life".

The Pyramid was accompanied by Chocolate Fudge sheet cakes to serve 170.

Happy New Year! At least let's hope for one. Anyway, it is a new year and I am about to embark on some new adventures in cake creating. This month I am creating cakes for children's birthday parties. Something different and very exciting.

The first is a cake in the shape of a pirate ship. The second is a Brobee cake from the awesome show "Yo Gabba Gabba".

Larger round and specialty cakes are available by special order. Please place order at least 2 weeks before delivery date.

A non-refundable 50% deposit may be required on larger orders.
